One size fits no one.

No more “one size fits all” presentations of the content in a motion picture. Imagine having the incredible ability to watch the entire Star Wars series from the noble yet twisted point of view of Anakin Skywalker. All the kung fu action of Matrix Reloaded without the slow mundane romance between Neo and Trinity can be viewed with just a couple of clicks. CustomPlay’s Presentation feature makes all this possible and more.

Presentations offer the user a compelling, focused, and customized viewing experience including:

Custom Presentation - excludes content that is inconsistent with a viewer’s Objectionable Content preferences. These content preferences can be set once or changed according to each motion picture.

Family Presentation - provides a presentation of a motion picture that is suitable for all members of a family, including young children. This feature is particularly useful in turning PG-13 and PG rated movies into presentation that can be enjoyed by families with more demanding sensibilities.

Focused Presentations - excludes content and sub-plots that are unrelated to a selected genre such as Action, Romance, or Comedy. The Action Presentation, for example, maintains a fast paced action feel without stopping for romance, sentimentality, comedy, and minor sub-plots.

The Action Presentation of the motion picture Spider-Man, focuses on the storyline of Spider-Man vs. Green Goblin and the action sequences without the romance between Peter Parker and Mary-Jane.

A Presentation may also focus on a thematic idea, subplot, or more specific category.  For example, in the motion picture Casino Royale, the poker game presentation focuses on the actual playing of the card game.

POV Presentation - focuses on the dramatic unfolding of events in a film in the manner in which a specific character experiences them, i.e., the character's point-of-view ("POV"). For example, in the Edward POV Presentation of the film Unfaithful, the viewer is not provided the knowledge that his wife Connie is having an extramarital affair until Edward actually learns of it himself. The Edward POV Presentation transforms the story into a compelling mystery-type journey into the mind of Edward and his suspicions towards his wife.

Sixty Minute Presentation - enables a viewer to enjoy a condensed Presentation of the motion picture that includes the critical elements of the principal plot, and the most memorable or “water-cooler” content. The Sixty Minute Presentation provides an appreciation of the film that is thematically accurate and representative of the full Presentation.

Play As Is - Of course, a viewer may select to play the motion picture in its entirety.  A Play As Is Presentation may be more interesting to a viewer after first viewing a POV Presentation.  This has been the case with such films as How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days.
